Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble Taquitos
Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of apple filling onto each tortilla.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush taquitos with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
