Step 1: Marinate Chicken

Step 2: Prepare Sauce
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chicken broth in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 3: Stir-Fry
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion; stir-fry 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
