  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • ¾ cup warm water (110°F / 43°C)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

  • 68 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a small bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit 5–10 minutes until frothy.

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil.

  3. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

Step 2: Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.

  2. Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle and place on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

  3. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the crust.

  4. Top with chicken, bacon, and mozzarella. Sprinkle parmesan over the top.

Step 4: Bake
