  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.

  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then fold in mashed bananas.

  4. Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake 45–50 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles. Let cool completely.

Step 3: Prepare Banana Cream Topping

  1. In a bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Chill 5–10 minutes.
