1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice (optional, for brightness)
Optional Garnish:
Chopped green onions
Sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro
Extra drizzle of sweet chili sauce
Instructions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until evenly coated.
Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, packing them slightly tight but not overcrowded.
🔥 Grill Method:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
🔥 Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place skewers on a lined baking sheet and bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
🔥 Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Cook for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Brush or drizzle the cooked skewers generously with bang bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
