1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 wooden or metal skewers
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1–2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 teaspoon lime juice

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place skewers on a lined baking tray and bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 3: Make Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Step 4: Coat Skewers
Brush the sauce generously over cooked skewers or serve as a dipping sauce.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
