Air-Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray shrimp lightly with cooking spray and cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Step 3: Make Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Step 4: Toss Shrimp in Sauce
Place cooked shrimp in a large bowl. Pour sauce over shrimp and toss until fully coated.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately with lime wedges if desired.
