Step 1: Prepare the Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat Biscoff cookie butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Frosting
Beat Biscoff cookie butter and butter together until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well.
Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting reaches desired spreadable consistency.
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Level the cooled cake with a knife.
Spread a generous layer of frosting on top.
