Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
Step 3: Add Blueberries
Fold in blueberries carefully to avoid breaking them.
Step 4: Bake
Fill each cavity about ¾ full with batter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Serve warm with maple syrup or a light dusting of powdered sugar.
