  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Pasta & Sauce:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

📝 Instructions:

Step 1: Cook Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Rub with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Slice thinly and set aside.

Step 3: Make Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and smoked paprika, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Combine Pasta and Chicken
Add cooked pasta and optional spinach to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce.
Top with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

  • Jarred Sauce Shortcut: Use 1 cup of store-bought Alfredo sauce instead of making from scratch—just add Cajun seasoning to spice it up.
  • Extra Flavor: Sear the chicken on high heat for a smoky crust.
  • Vegetable Boost: Spinach, cherry tomatoes, or bell peppers make a colorful addition.
