Step 1: Prepare Filling

Step 2: Assemble Quesadillas
Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese on one half.
Add a portion of the chicken mixture on top, then more cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half to close.
Step 3: Cook Quesadillas
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place the folded tortilla in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 4: Serve
Slice into wedges and serve hot with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
