1 cup yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

For the Paratha:

4 parathas (store-bought or homemade)

For the Filling:

1 large onion (thinly sliced)

1 cucumber (julienned, optional)

Fresh coriander leaves

For the Sauces:

½ cup mint chutney

½ cup garlic mayo or yogurt sauce

Step 3: Prepare Paratha
Heat parathas on a skillet until warm and slightly crispy on both sides.

Step 4: Assemble the Rolls
Place cooked chicken in the center of each paratha. Add sliced onions, cucumber, and fresh coriander. Drizzle mint chutney and garlic mayo over the filling.
