Step 1: Prepare Oven and Pan

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk oil (or butter) and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas and sour cream until combined.
Step 4: Combine Batter
Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
