In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2: Cream Butter & Sugars
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
Step 3: Combine Wet & Dry
Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
Step 4: Shape & Bake Cookies
Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 12–15 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool on sheets 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
Step 5: Optional Chocolate Drizzle
Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in microwave or double boiler until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies with a spoon or piping bag. Let set before serving.
