1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream or heavy cream
3 large eggs (omit if making no-bake)
8 oz (225g) dark or milk chocolate, melted
Zest of 1 large orange
2–3 tablespoons orange juice
For the Topping / Decoration:
Terry’s Chocolate Orange segments or chocolate shavings
Optional: whipped cream, cocoa powder, or candied orange slices

Step 1: Prepare Base
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes (or bake for 10 minutes for a firmer base).
Step 2: Make Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Mix in sour cream/heavy cream, orange zest, and orange juice.
Fold in melted chocolate.
If baking, add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Assemble Cheesecake
Pour filling over prepared base and smooth the top.
Baked Version: Bake 45–50 minutes until the edges are set and center slightly jiggles. Cool completely, then refrigerate 4+ hours.
No-Bake Version: Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
Step 4: Decorate
Top with chocolate shavings, Terry’s Chocolate Orange segments, or candied orange slices.
Optional: drizzle melted chocolate or pipe whipped cream for extra flair.
