  • Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes (or bake for 10 minutes for a firmer base).

Step 2: Make Filling

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  • Mix in sour cream/heavy cream, orange zest, and orange juice.

  • Fold in melted chocolate.

  • If baking, add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Assemble Cheesecake

  • Pour filling over prepared base and smooth the top.
