Step 1: Prepare the Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Bread Batter
In a large bowl, mash bananas with melted butter. Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle in baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour, then gently mix until just combined.
Step 3: Make the Crumb Topping
In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 4: Assemble & Bake
Pour banana batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the batter. Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
