1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
⅓ cup granulated sugar

For the Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large egg
For the Cranberry Layer:
Choose one option:
1 cup leftover homemade cranberry sauce, or
1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce, mashed slightly, or
1 cup Ocean Spray cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
Optional:
½ teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons sugar (for extra sweetness if using tart cranberry sauce)

Step 1: Make the Crust & Crumb
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter.
Press ¾ of the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Reserve the remaining ¼ for the crumb topping.
Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Layer
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add condensed milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and egg.
Mix until velvety and lump-free.
Pour into the prepared crust.
Step 3: Add the Cranberry Layer
Gently spoon cranberry sauce over the filling.
Swirl lightly with a knife or leave in dollops for a layered effect.
Step 4: Add the Crumb Topping
Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the edges are set and the crumb topping is golden.
Cool completely, then chill at least 2 hours before slicing for clean pieces.
