Salt to taste
Optional Vegetables:
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
½ cup frozen peas
For the Noodles:
8 oz egg noodles or your favorite pasta
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Prep the Crockpot
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the top. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
Step 2: Add Vegetables (Optional)
If using carrots and celery, layer them around the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Step 3: Shred Chicken
Remove chicken and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Step 4: Cook Noodles
About 20–25 minutes before serving, add noodles to the crockpot. Stir gently, cover, and cook until noodles are tender. If using frozen peas, add them in the last 10 minutes.
Step 5: Serve
Spoon creamy chicken and noodles into bowls. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
