Step 1: Prepare the Soup in the Crockpot

  • Add chicken, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Step 2: Shred the Chicken

  • Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred with two forks.

  • Return shredded chicken to the soup.

Step 3: Add Cream & Cheese

  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
