  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Refrigerate while preparing cookies.

Step 2: Make Cookie Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  4. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.

Step 3: Assemble Cookies
