4 cups peeled and sliced apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ cups almond flour
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Toss apples with lemon juice, sweetener, and cinnamon. Spread in dish.
Sprinkle almond flour on top and drizzle melted coconut oil over it. Add walnuts if desired.
Bake 35–40 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve.
