  • Pinch of salt

In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate with condensed milk over a double boiler or in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Step 2: Mix Ingredients
Add vanilla extract, salt, and half of the chopped pistachios to the melted chocolate. Stir until evenly combined.

Step 3: Chill Mixture
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm enough to roll.

Step 4: Form Balls
Scoop small portions of the chilled mixture and roll into 1-inch balls with your hands.

Step 5: Coat & Decorate
Roll the balls in cocoa powder, extra pistachios, or finely shredded coconut for added texture. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
