Ingredients
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 rolls)
For the Dough:
2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
⅔ cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
For the Cinnamon Filling:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
⅓ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a round 8- or 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix Bisquick and sugar. Stir in milk and melted butter until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
Lightly flour a surface and gently knead the dough 4–5 times.
Roll into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
Spread softened butter evenly over the dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
Slice into 8–10 even rolls. Place cut-side down in the prepared pan.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Let cool slightly before glazing.
Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
Notes
• For extra gooey rolls, add 1–2 tablespoons heavy cream over the rolls before baking.
• Add chopped pecans or raisins for texture.
• Want a cream cheese glaze? Replace milk with softened cream cheese and a splash of milk.
• These are best served warm the same day.
