In another bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread cheesecake filling evenly on 6 slices of bread.
Spoon strawberry mixture over the cream cheese, then top with remaining bread slices. Press edges gently to seal.
Step 3: Dip & Fry
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 350°F / 175°C).
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Carefully place sandwiches into hot oil and fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain on a wire rack.
