Ingredients

Scale

🛒 Ingredients (makes about 20–24 ghost Oreo balls):

For the Oreo Balls:

  • 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 package), crushed

  • 4 oz (½ cup) cream cheese, softened

For Coating & Decorations:

  • 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts

  • Black decorating gel, mini chocolate chips, or melted dark chocolate for eyes and mouth

Instructions

📝 Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Oreo Balls

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

  2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Coat with White Chocolate

  1. Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.

  2. Dip chilled Oreo balls into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, letting excess drip off.

  3. Place dipped balls back onto parchment paper.

Step 3: Decorate as Ghosts

  1. Before the coating sets, add eyes and a small mouth using black decorating gel, mini chocolate chips, or melted dark chocolate.

  2. Allow the chocolate coating to fully set at room temperature or in the fridge.
