Ingredients
12 gluten-free lasagna noodles
1 lb (450g) ground turkey
2 cups gluten-free marinara
15 oz (425g) ricotta cheese
1 large egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh parsley (optional)
Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil
Whisk ricotta, egg, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp parsley
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent
Add ground turkey; cook until browned and drained
Stir in marinara, 1/2 tsp black pepper, basil, oregano. Cook 10 minutes
Spread 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of dish
Layer 3 noodles, 1/3 ricotta mixture, 2 tbsp mozzarella, and 1/3 meat sauce
Repeat layers (2 more times), finishing with a top layer of sauce and mozzarella
Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes
Uncover and bake 10 minutes until top is golden
Let rest 10 minutes before serving

Swap turkey with plant-based crumbles for vegetarian option
Add grated carrots with onion for sweetness
Use fresh basil/oregano for brighter flavor
