1 box (15 oz) gluten-free yellow or white cake mix
1 can (14–15 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted or sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sprinkles (gluten-free)
Optional Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra gluten-free sprinkles for topping
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Base: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly into the bottom of the dish.
Add Cake Mix: Sprinkle the gluten-free cake mix evenly over the milk. Do not stir.
Add Butter & Sprinkles: Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle ½ cup of gluten-free sprinkles evenly.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and set.
Optional Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake and top with extra sprinkles.
Serve: Slice into squares and serve.
