Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 3–4 minutes per side, until caramelized and cooked through. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook Noodles
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Stir-Fry Vegetables
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Step 4: Combine
