Instructions
📝 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Lobster
Thaw lobster tails if frozen. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
Step 2: Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush lobster meat generously with garlic butter.
Step 3: Preheat Grill
Preheat your gas or electric grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
Step 4: Grill Lobster
Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill for 5–6 minutes. Flip and brush with more garlic butter. Grill another 4–5 minutes until meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Step 5: Serve
Remove lobster from grill, brush with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges and desired sides.
Notes
Butter Flavor: Add a pinch of cayenne or smoked paprika to garlic butter for a spicy kick.
Grill Safety: Avoid overcooking—lobster meat turns rubbery quickly.
Make Ahead: Prepare garlic butter and cut lobster shells ahead of time for quicker grilling.
Mini Version: Use smaller lobster tails for appetizers.
