Step 1: Preheat Oven

Step 2: Cook Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and onions with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cooked noodles/potatoes/rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and frozen vegetables if using. Stir until well combined.
