Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in nut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Combine
Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until a soft dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips and optional nuts.
Step 5: Shape Cookies
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form dough balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hand.
Step 6: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set. Cool on the baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
