  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and salt.

  3. Mix in melted butter and vanilla until a crumbly dough forms.

  4. Press evenly into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.

Step 2: Make the Caramel

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add heavy cream, sweetener, salt, and vanilla. Stir continuously until thickened, about 5–7 minutes.

Step 3: Chocolate Layer
