1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for depth)

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Step 2: Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Season & Glaze Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the maple Dijon glaze, reserving a small amount for later.
Step 4: Bake Salmon
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
Step 5: Serve
Drizzle with remaining glaze, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges. Perfect with roasted vegetables, quinoa, or mashed potatoes.
