Optional Toppings:
Mango or pineapple salsa
Avocado crema or guacamole
Pickled onions or jalapeños
Pico de gallo or diced tomatoes
Crumbled cotija cheese

Instructions
1. Season the Salmon:
In a small bowl, mix together cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat salmon dry, then rub with olive oil, garlic, and the spice blend.
Drizzle lime juice over the top and let it marinate at room temp for 10–15 minutes.
2. Cook the Salmon (Choose Your Method):
Pan-Seared (Crispy):
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and flaky.
Oven-Baked:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Air-Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. Assemble Your Plate:
Serve salmon over cilantro lime rice, inside taco shells, or as a salad bowl base.
Add desired toppings for a colorful, flavorful finish.
