Scale

🛒 Ingredients (for ~12 mini muffins):

For the Muffins:

  • 12 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil

Optional Add-ins:

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

📝 Instructions:

Step 1: Prep Oven & Muffin Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2: Mash Bananas
In a medium bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add egg, melted butter, and sugar/honey; mix until combined.

Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder (if using), salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.

Step 4: Fill Muffin Pan
Spoon batter into prepared mini muffin cups, filling about ¾ full. Optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips or nuts.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
