1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
24 mini muffin liners

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix Base: In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Add Cake Mix: Stir in dry cake mix just until partially combined (don’t overmix). Batter will be thick and slightly lumpy — that’s okay.
Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon about 1 ½ tablespoons of batter into each mini muffin liner, filling roughly ¾ full.
Add Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each.
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tops are set and slightly springy to the touch.
Cool & Decorate: Let cool slightly, then top with whipped cream, drizzle of chocolate, or festive sprinkles if desired.
