Ingredients
Ground Beef/Turkey
1 lb (80/20 or 90/10)
Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 cup
Egg
1 large
Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Milk
1 tbsp (optional)
Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp
Italian Seasoning
1 tsp
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Ketchup (for glaze)
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
2 tbsp
Mustard (for glaze)
2 tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs, onion, Italian seasoning, egg, milk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic until evenly mixed
Scoop mixture into greased mini loaf pans or ramekins
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for glaze
Spoon glaze over meatloaves
Bake for 45 minutes, adding brown sugar to glaze during the last 5 minutes to prevent burning
Rest 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Substitute ground beef/turkey with plant-based crumbles for vegetarian option
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or rolled oats for gluten-free
Add grated carrot instead of onion for sweetness
