2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato sauce

Step 2: Mix Meatloaf

Step 3: Shape & Top
Transfer mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Mix topping ingredients and spread evenly over the top.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
