For the Dough:
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup whole milk, warm
¼ cup water, warm
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
For the Filling:
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup mini marshmallows
¾ cup chocolate chips or chunks
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: drizzle melted chocolate or extra peanut butter

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, water, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and eggs, then pour in the yeast mixture.
Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8–10 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–2 hours or until doubled.
Step 2: Prepare Filling & Roll
Mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar into a spreadable paste.
Roll dough into a rectangle (~12×18 inches). Spread peanut butter mixture evenly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, marshmallows, and cinnamon over the peanut butter.
Roll dough tightly lengthwise, pinch seam, and cut into 12 rolls.
Step 3: Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place rolls in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Cover and let rise 20–30 minutes.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes.
Step 4: Glaze & Serve
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Optionally, drizzle extra melted chocolate or peanut butter on top for an extra gooey finish.
