12 oz (340 g) dark chocolate, chopped or in chips
1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
½ cup dried cranberries (optional)
½ teaspoon sea salt

Step 1: Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler), melt dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, melt in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
Step 3: Spread Chocolate
Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
Step 4: Add Toppings
Sprinkle chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, and a pinch of sea salt evenly over the chocolate. Gently press into the chocolate so they stick.
Step 5: Optional Drizzle
If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top for decoration.
Step 6: Chill & Break
Refrigerate the chocolate for 30–45 minutes until firm. Once set, break into irregular pieces.
