  • Whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.

Step 2: Add Pumpkin

  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly at room temperature (~5 minutes).

Step 3: Mix Alcohol

  • Add cold water and alcohol to the cooled pumpkin mixture.

  • Stir gently to combine, ensuring not to create bubbles.

Step 4: Pour into Molds

  • Pour mixture evenly into mini shot cups or pumpkin molds.

  • Refrigerate 3–4 hours, or until fully set.

Step 5: Optional Topping & Serving

  • Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
