Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Blend Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (slightly fudgy is perfect).
Step 4: Cool & Serve
Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes. Slice into squares and serve. Optional: dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with melted chocolate.
