Description

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet sauce perfect for homemade smash burgers. Inspired by restaurant classics, this sauce can be made with or without pickles and works beautifully on any burger, including Blackstone or Big Mac-style creations.

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons finely diced pickles (optional for no-pickle version)

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (apple cider or white)

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1: Mix Base
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.

Step 2: Add Flavorings
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and smoked paprika (if using).

Step 3: Incorporate Pickles (Optional)
Add finely diced pickles if desired. For a no-pickle version, skip this step.

Step 4: Season
Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper as needed. Mix well.

Step 5: Chill & Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Serve on smash burgers, sandwiches, or wraps.
