2 cups all-purpose flour

2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, diced (pat dry)

Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Step 4: Combine
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 5: Add Strawberries
Fold in diced strawberries (and optional add-ins).
Step 6: Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool & Serve
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
• Toss strawberries with 1 teaspoon flour to prevent sinking
• For extra moisture, add ¼ cup yogurt or sour cream
• Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
• Sprinkle sugar on top before baking for a crunchy crust
