1 box (15 oz) yellow or white cake mix
1 can (14–15 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted or sliced

Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Topping:
¼ cup sprinkles or white chocolate chips

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer Cake Base: Pour half of the sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle half of the cake mix evenly over the milk. Drizzle half the butter over the cake mix.
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the first cake layer.
Top Layer: Sprinkle remaining cake mix over the cream cheese layer. Drizzle with remaining butter. Pour remaining sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbling around the edges.
Cool & Serve: Let cool completely. Sprinkle with optional sprinkles or white chocolate chips before slicing into squares.
