8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Base: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly into the bottom of the dish.
Add Cake Mix: Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the milk. Do not stir.
Add Butter & Sprinkles: Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle the ½ cup of sprinkles evenly over the top.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and set.
Optional Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake and sprinkle with extra sprinkles.
Serve: Slice into squares and serve.
