2 cans (20 oz each) no-sugar-added apple pie filling
1 box sugar-free yellow cake mix
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
Spread apple pie filling evenly in dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Top with dry cake mix (do not stir).
Drizzle melted butter evenly on top. Add nuts if using.
Bake 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Look for sugar-free or no-sugar-added pie fillings (commonly cherry, apple, blueberry).
- Pillsbury, Duncan Hines, and other brands carry sugar-free cake mixes (yellow, chocolate, spice).
- To cut fat, you can replace part of the butter with unsweetened applesauce.
- Serve with sugar-free whipped topping or low-carb ice cream for a guilt-free treat.
