For the Fudge:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 12 drops red or pink food coloring (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

For Decorations (optional):

  • Conversation hearts or candy hearts

  • Red, pink, or white sprinkles

  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries or cookie crumbs

Step 1: Prepare Pan
Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

Step 2: Melt Chocolate
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.

Step 3: Add Flavor & Color
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and optional food coloring for a festive pink or red hue.

Step 4: Pour & Decorate
Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle candy hearts, sprinkles, or crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top. Gently press them into the fudge.

Step 5: Set Fudge
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, lift fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares or heart shapes.

Notes
