Ingredients

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

For the Ravioletti:
12–16 oz Valentine’s Day ravioletti (heart-shaped, store-bought or homemade)
Water, for boiling
Salt, for pasta water

For the Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt, to taste

Optional Garnishes:
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Red pepper flakes
Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

📝 Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Ravioletti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Add the Valentine’s Day ravioletti and cook according to package instructions (usually 2–4 minutes). Drain carefully and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).

Step 3: Create the Creamy Base
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.

Step 4: Combine & Serve
Gently add cooked ravioletti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 1 additional minute. Remove from heat and garnish as desired.

Notes

Store-Bought Option: Valentine’s Day ravioletti from Trader Joe’s or Costco work perfectly for this recipe.
Sauce Swap: Brown butter with sage or olive oil and garlic also pair beautifully.
Color Boost: Add a few roasted cherry tomatoes or beet slices for a romantic red touch.
Make It Fancy: Finish with a drizzle of truffle oil for date-night vibes.
