Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water, forming triangles or traditional wonton shapes.
Step 2: Cook Broth
In a large pot, bring broth to a gentle boil. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
Step 3: Cook Wontons
Gently add wontons to the simmering broth. Cook 4-5 minutes or until wontons float and are fully cooked.
Step 4: Add Vegetables (Optional)
If using greens or mushrooms, add them to the broth in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
