Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Wontons
In a bowl, combine ground meat, shrimp (if using), green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix until smooth.
Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water, forming triangles or traditional wonton shapes.

Step 2: Cook Broth
In a large pot, bring broth to a gentle boil. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.

Step 3: Cook Wontons
